3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

This policy is intended to be consistent with applicable Finnish and EU consumer protection requirements for distance selling.

3.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically acquires the goods.

3.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:

You may use the following withdrawal form template, but it is not obligatory:

3.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier

4. Return Conditions

4.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • All original labels and seals must be intact

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer

This exception to the right of withdrawal is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which covers sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

5. Return Process

5.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation with return instructions
  4. Ship the product back to us at the address provided

5.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

Please do not send returns without first contacting us. We will provide you with the appropriate return address upon approval of your return request.

6.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

6.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances:

  • Items returned with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition or with missing parts not due to our error

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Do not use or open the product further

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered):

  • Do not open or use the incorrect product
  • We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and the incorrect one to be returned at our expense

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty, not as described, or do not meet the reasonable standards of durability. Nothing in this policy will affect these legal rights.
